Refund

All returns must be made within 14 days of the online purchase date. To return an item purchased from our online store, please email customer service at info@coach4expats.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive an RMA number, please send proof of purchase to the email provided. Please allow at least 6 days from receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
